Bramboráky (Potato pancakes)

6 grated potatoes
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
1-2 eggs
flour, as needed to form a batter
lots of marjoram
Mix everything together to form a batter and fry the bramboráky in oil. They are actually pretty good eaten cold as well as warm.
Pieces of bacon can also be added for a meatier version.
